NewsVision, the Capstone Broadcast Journalism class in the Department of Media, Journalism and Film in the Cathy Hughes School of Communications at Howard University, presents its Fall 2020 final newscast. The program, which features in-depth reporting from the semester, examines the issues surrounding the unprecedented 2020 presidential election, including the historic win of Howard alumna Kamala Harris as Vice-President Elect. The journalists share personal stories of how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting parents, children, and those working on the front lines. You can count on NewsVision to share the news you need to know!

"The Six" self-produced and reported the entire show, under the tutelage of Prof. Jennifer Thomas, Journalism Sequence Coordinator. The course and all production were conducted virtually/online, as the university adhered to strict COVID-19 guidelines .
